Episode I
INTERCUTTING: scenes of 4 friends, 3
men and a lady, they graduate from college, they’re in smart
looking shirts at a country house, they step out of the street at
night,
they’re in a club, beers in hand, they cheer, a scuffle
between a mime and a clown ensures in the club, it spreads,
they move
away quickly, one of them grabs the lady by the hand and they run
together, beers still in hand.
(scenes from here on, the three men
have their beer bottles still in hand.)
CUT TO: They stop a street corner, lady
slaps the man, the friends look on, inaudible argument ensures
briefly, lady leaves.
CUT TO CLOSE-UP: Man a bit dejected,
sits down at the street pavement, panting a little from the running
and the argument.
CUT TO: Friends come over, sits on
either side of him, they don’t speak.
CUT TO: Man in the middle raises his
bottle, friends join in, they cheer, they laugh.
SUPERS ON CLOSE-UP: TO FRIENDSHIP.

Episode II
INTERCUTTING: 3 friends, working and
living the life, office shots of one on the blue tooth hands free
convincing someone on the phone,
intercut with the three sky-diving,
kayaking,
another presenting in a board room, they’re taking a
picture on a mountain, another wrapping up a deal,
they come together
at the entrance of a club.
CUT TO: They in the club, beers in
hand. A fashion show is happening. Models on the catwalk, show ends.
A lady steps out of the corner and into everyone’s attention,
cameras flashing away.
CUT TO CLOSE-UP: She takes the
microphone, beer bottle in hand, she raises a toast and notices
something amidst the crowd.
She smiles and continues the toast.
CUT TO: The 3 friends in the crowd
raising a toast to her.
SUPERS ON CLOSE-UP: TO FRIENDSHIP.

Episode III
INTERCUTTING: 3 Friends, 2 guys and a
girl. They’re a little bit older now, a hint of early 30s,
one
blows a candle at a birthday party, another is checking on models in
their outfits, another is entertaining foreigners in a private room
of a Japanese restaurant.
INTERCUTTING: One is driving through
the city, trailing lights on car window, one is closing up the venue,
one is shaking hands with the client as they exit.
INTERCUTTING: Lady is at her open space
garden balcony, another man at his penthouse apartment, another at a
Japanese garden looking at the lake, they all have beers in hand.
INTERCUTTING CLOSE-UPS: They each raise
their bottles in a toast.
CUT TO: Lady holds up a phone with her
other hand and says “cheers”.
CUT TO: Man at the Japanese garden on
the phone says “cheers”.
CUT TO: Man at his apartment on the
phone says “cheers”.
He drinks.
PAN OVER AND CLOSE-UP to a photo on a
wall with the words “IN ETERNAL MEMORY” on the photo frame.
It’s
the man who got slapped in the first video.
